  • Joe Lin is a star! I've done my share of coach tours- and you can easily appreciate great tour leaders. He is very accommodating, warm to everyone and very personable. He also takes the time to ensure that everyone is taken care of and finds time to personally check and help out. Hotels booked were hit and miss. New Jersey and Buffalo hotels were bad. The rest were great. Transportation for Yale was less comfortable- as we were transferred from a coach to an SUV so it was quite tight. the itinerary was as expected. Just travel time from Niagara to Boston was almost a full day sitting on the bus - there should be activity/tour stops aside from just comfort ones.
