June 6, 2002, Alrington, MA. IvyMedia announced that it has started to preview a new version of its Content Manager.
The new version of the content manager, named Ivy Content 02, is a leap forward compared to Ivy Publish 1.0 developed in 1998. The major features of Ivy Content 02 include:
- Cover different content types: BBS, archive, news and external links.
- Searchable. You can search all types of content or just one type; content under certain category, or all categories.
- Manageable. We allow content owners/managers to edit/remove owned/managed content items.
- Language support. Ivy Content 02 will support English and Chinese. Other languages will be added as needed.
