Six Red Marbles is currently seeking a highly dedicated Project Manager to join our growing, enthusiastic team. Project Managers are responsible for the overall delivery of our CD-ROM and Internet products from conception to implementation. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the project team, as well as serving as the primary client contact
Job Skills: We believe that the role of Project Manager is critical to our success. Our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring that client expectations are met on time and within budget. Skills such as Budget estimation and tracking, functional and technical specification development, resource scheduling, and scope management, are vital to ensuring project success. Project Managers must have a strong team building mentality, high attention to detail, and solid communication skills in order to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements: Previous project management experience is a must. Candidates must have 2-3 years proven experience managing multimedia products. Familiarity with multimedia technologies such as Director, Shockwave, HTML, FLASH is desired. Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel and other project management tools is mandatory. Filemaker Pro, Cold Fusion, SQL and Oracle servers, and experience managing database-driven web and non-web development projects is a plus. Understanding of the basic Software Development Lifecycle is required.
