KTFlat (Kong Tai Flat Rate) is now available. In addition to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korean, we now added rate to Singapore ($0.20/min).
We have contacted the vendor of Talk Zone. They told us they have upgraded 800 lines. We put new 800 lines in all new cards. Therefore, the traffic issue should be alleviated.
