The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms &
Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand
these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Transportation Guiding and Combined Tours
Transportation is provided in vans, mini-buses or buses according to the number
of passengers traveling. All tours are escorted by professional bi- or
multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Depending on the number of passengers
booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to
operate the tours. Visits, stops and other tour components may be deleted, added
and/or substituted from the tour without notice. Meals, or other expenses of
personal nature are not included unless published.
Accommodations
Our hotels are of superior tourist class or first class . Tour operator reserves
the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the
hotel mentioned in the itineraries.
Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2
double beds.
Children are 11 years or less. Tour members who are between 5 and 11
years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on
the tour price. Please see the respective tour for prices.
Tips are not included. We recommend to tip on all tours $5.00 per person
per day to the Driver and Guide
Baggage
- On tours that operated by bus, you can take all your luggage with you.
- On tours operated by van, there is limited space for luggage. Passengers
are allowed one bag of soft material, 21" X 12" X 12" ( 46cm x 30cm x 30cm )
and a maximum of 22 pounds (10 kgs ).
- Tours in the East Coast: Luggage can be stored in your hotel or in the
main office. Please call the tour operator to check if tour is by van, or bus.
- Tours in the West Coast: Passengers are allowed 1 suitcase and 1 handbag
per person.
Baggage handling is not included in any of the tours.
Cancellations
- Service and handling fee: 6% of purchase amount add-on to the following
penalties.
- Cancellations made 61 days or more will incur a 10% cancellation penalty.
- Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days prior to departure will have $300.00 cancellation penalty.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will have 50% cancellation penalty.
- Full tour price will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or less.
- No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
EAST COAST TOURS INCLUDING AIR: No refund for any changes or cancellations
made after booking the tour.
WEST COAST CANCELLATION ON TOURS WITH AIR: A non refundable fee of $75.00 per
person applies from time of booking for the air portion. The rest of
cancellation policy remains as above.
Travel Documents - Passports & Visas
Passport may be required if tour covers the Canada. Some nationalities may need
multiple entry visa's to the U.S.A. and a Canadian visa. Travel Documents are
the sole responsibility of the passengers. Tour operator will not be held
responsible for any damages or additional expenses incurred for lack of improper
travel documentation. Document requirements can change, therefore you should

Bus Tours to Canada
By advising us in advance, passengers with improper travel documents to cross
and visit Canada, can still join our 2 days tour “Niagara Express”, "Niagara
Falls (Land and Air)" and 4 days tour "East Express". In such
event, the passenger will remain on the American side and will not join the
walking tour at night to the Canadian side. The rest of the tour remains the
same.
- During the season Mid April - Mid October, when the Maid of the Mist is
operating, the tour group stays at a hotel on the American side of the Falls.
- If you do not have a visa, you will miss the walking tour in the evening
to the Canadian side of the Falls. However, you will be able to join the boat
ride on the Maid of the Mist as this departs from the American side of the
Falls. You will get to see the American Falls & the Canadian Falls from the
boat.
- During the winter months, when the Maid of the Mist is not operating, the
tour stays on the Canadian side of the Falls. You should advise us in advance
and we will book your hotel on the American side of the Falls. You will be
able to walk to the Falls on your own. The guide will stay with the group on
the Canadian side. There are no substitute attractions on the America side of
the Falls.
Tours in the West Coast with a flight
All passengers will be required to have a valid government issued photo ID for
boarding an airplane.
Responsibility
Tour operator acts as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all
arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes
no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2)
delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic
conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its
control. Tour operator reserves the right to cancel or change any tours,
schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour
without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. Tour operator reserves
the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to
the smooth operation of a tour.
Passengers with Disabilities and Note
- Tour operator makes all efforts to accommodate all passengers, including
those with disabilities.
- Some tours are not suitable for passengers which require wheelchairs and
other disabilities and Terms.
- We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for the handicapped.
- Passengers with special needs, medical conditions and disabilities must
advise Gotobus.com before making their reservation.
- Tour operator does not accept any liability regarding the suitability of
individual tours and must reserve the right to decline a booking should it be
considered that we will be unable to meet in full our obligation to the
passenger.
- Note:For dates calculation, we calculate business days and exclude holiday.
