February 7, 2003, Cambrdige, MA. IvyMedia announced that it started to provide self re-delivery services for all customers who purchased eTickets from IvyMedia.

Recently, Internet viruses and email spamming activities caused shutdowns of many email servers and unavailable email account quota. With these problems, combined with email typo by customers, IvyMedia had experienced email delivery delays or failures to those unregistered customers.

Since 2000, any registered IvyMedia user has the ability to re-deliver digital products such as eTickets to any email address online. Now this self redelivery service becomes available to unregistered customers.

Effective today, an unregistered customer will assign a self re-delivery passcode at the final stage of purchase. With the original email address and this passcode, this unregistered customer can re-deliver the original eTicket(s) to a different address online.
