Tour Cancellation and Refund policy: Following policy apply when tour cancellation and refund policy is not listed in the tour description.
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
- Train Tours including Eurostar - No refunds can be made within 14 days of the tour departure.
- Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to departure – NO charge. (For
Overnight Tours - 30 days or more before departure a $70 fee will be charged.)
- Cancellations received within 15-30 days of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
- Cancellations received within 7-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
- Cancellations received within 4-6 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
- Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
- There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately.
NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
