Cambridge, MA. June 6.  IvyMedia Corporation, aka GotoBus.com and TakeTours.com, would like to clarify publicly the recent false accusation that it has been selling Sky Express bus tickets on TakeTours.com.

TakeTours.com, launched in early March of 2011 as a dedicated website to market tour services for IvyMedia Corporation, has never at any time sold any Sky Express tickets. 

Furthermore, as of the late afternoon of May 31, GotoBus.com ceased selling bus tickets for Sky Express after learning that DOT/FMCSA had suspended Sky Express' DOT license on the same day a fatal accident occurred.  GotoBus.com has not added any new service providers since May 31 for the routes between North Carolina/South Carolina and New York City, where Sky Express used to run. 

On June 4, 2011, IvyMedia Corporation released a statement declaring that IvyMedia neither owns nor operates 2001bus.com, as many news articles falsely stated.   After being contacted by us, many members of the press have corrected or are in the process of correcting these misleading articles so that they will no longer distribute false information about our company and its subsidiaries to the public. 

We urge all public/government organizations and/or media organizations to immediately correct the false information about TakeTours.com in relation to Sky Express Bus.  We reserve the right to bring legal action against false accusations that may damage our valuable business reputation.
